AO2 is made up of a small core of highly talented people who are connected by a very familiar bond: they are family. Each have their individual stories, but those stories come together in creating the foundations of one of the long-lasting successful tech companies in the US software industry.

Anthony F. Sanchez, AO2's founder is a veteran industry technologist and software engineer by trade. Before becoming an entrepreneur, starting in 1995, he held senior software positions in the U.S. for computer manufacturing and semi-conducting giants such as Intel Corp, 3Com, NEC, Hewlett Packard, and Acer America. Through his work with AO2, he has served as a consultant for the State of California and a host of private U.S. based companies. Anthony received his BSc. in Computer Information Systems from Western Governors University of Salt Lake City, UT and holds various certifications.

Working with Anthony are his sons Sean and Eric who are talented technical and creative contributors to the growth and success of AO2. Anthony's youngest up and comer is his daughter Brooke who is already a very smart cookie and chip off the block, just like her dad.
